Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your order information or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Because orders may be fulfilled from different facilities or suppliers, the authorised return destination and instructions can vary by order. Do not send a return to an address unless our support team has confirmed it for your order.

Items that may not be returnable

Unless required by applicable law or the item is defective or incorrect, returns may not be accepted for customised or personalised products, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive or personal-care products, gift cards, or items clearly marked as final sale.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Exchanges
