Where do I find my order number?

Your order number is in your confirmation email - it starts with e.g. #EM1000. You can also find it by logging into your account.

When will I get tracking info?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse - usually within [1-3 business days] of placing your order.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days - is that normal?

Yes, this can happen, especially with international shipping. Tracking updates aren't always real-time between carrier handoffs. If there's been no movement for more than [5-8 days], contact us and we'll look into it.

My order shows "delivered" but I don't have it

Please check with neighbors and your building's mail room first, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email info@elitsmarket.com with your order number.
